I’m going to be talking to SCAD’s cross country coach tomorrow. Lets see if I can explain to him why I’ll be a positive contribution to his team.

My first track meet is tomorrow!
I’m way stoked! I’m running in the 4 x 800m relay, 1600m (1 mile), and the 3200m (2 mile).
In the 4 x 800m, I’m not sure what I’m going for in terms of time. I’m going to try breaking 4:50 in the mile, and I’m just lay it all out there in the 2 mile.
